- Tell me about your dream, including the feelings and emotions you experienced.
- If your dream included people you know, write three words to describe each person’s personality as you see them in life (example: adventurous, outspoken, judgemental) as well as anything you associate with them.
- Tell me which part of your dream stood out most.
- If you wish, add anything else you’d like to tell – or ask – me.
