What would you like to talk about? You and I get together by Zoom or Phone.

What you get

If we met up for a cup of tea, what would you want to talk about? What questions would you like to ask me? What might you like to explore? How can I help you?

We’ll meet over Zoom or Phone while we sip our tea, but the intention is the same: you, me, and whatever you’d like to talk about, ask, or explore.

You might want to talk confidentially about your life, or a situation or challenge you’re facing. You might want me simply to hold space for you or to ask you guiding questions to help you find clarity or direction. You might want to have a good cry. You might want to share other emotions in our safe space.

Or you might want to tap my experience as an author, podcaster, media presenter, and consultant.

Zoom or Phone?

You might want to meet face to face over Zoom from home, or you might prefer to talk while you’re out walking, or while you sit in nature, when a WhatsApp phone conversation might feel more appropriate.

How long is a cup of tea?

We meet for 45-minutes.

A once-off or a regular thing?

Either. You can make it a once-off, or book occasionally, or make it a regular get-together.

Is this mentoring or coaching?
